We hired BioOne to assist us in clearing out the home of a much beloved uncle who happened to be an ace hoarder. In the decades before his death, the house had been commandeered by rodents and the structure had not been repaired or cleaned in about 40 years.The accumulation of collected goods were such that walking through the house and yard was hazardous and rodent excrement covered everything. The team at BioOne were understanding and listened to our needs, continually checking in with us to make sure we were holding up through the cleanup process. The team was respectful of the property and of our uncle’s memory, careful to pull aside anything that could be salvaged. They worked tirelessly for over a week, clearing several tons of belongings and debris. By the time the project was completed, the property was completely cleared of everything and the house was clean and fresh, ready for sale. What would have taken us several months to do ourselves was completed in a timely, efficient, safe manner. I actually miss talking with the team members! When the twists in life hand you a mess, having competent, kind, professional help at hand to deal with the mess is a gift.
